The visitors have gotten off to a rocky start this year as they are making their first attempt in nearly two decades to win without Ben Roethlisberger running their offense. Mitchell Trubisky was brought in for a chance of redemption from his unsteady performances in Chicago, and that didn’t go well.
Head Coach Mike Tomlin has never had a losing season during his 16 years at the helm of the Steelers, but this team threatens to end that streak. Winners of only two of their first seven games, they visit their state rivals at a time when Philadelphia prospects are at high level and the Steelers are looking to avoid a blowout loss.
That is a great motivation for the underdog, and the double-digit point spread adds a lot of room to win the wager even if the Eagles extend their unbeaten run.
