Date & Site Shifts
by Dennis Ranahan

The weather forecasts for today’s National Football League action has a number of games played in cold weather, the lower 30’s, but none with any measurable rain or other adverse conditions. The cold weather sites are the usual suspects, Green Bay, Chicago and Kansas City.

While there was no Thursday night game this week, the Week 13 schedule does stretch over three days with a dozen games played today, two tomorrow, and one on Tuesday. In addition to the regular scheduled Monday Night Football game between the San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills, the Washington Redskins and Pittsburgh Steelers will play an early Monday contest. The 49ers game has also had a change in site, Covid-19 restrictions in Santa Clara, where Levi’s Stadium is located, has prompted the 49ers to play their next two “home” games in Arizona at State Farm Stadium.

On Tuesday, the originally scheduled game for last Thursday between the Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens will be played with kickoff scheduled for 5:05 Pacific Time. The move was required because the Ravens had their Thanksgiving game moved to last Wednesday, and of course they weren’t going to have Baltimore play on consecutive days.

Today, Qoxhi releases their first Premium Top Pick of the season, a seven rated game. Each year, Qoxhi will have as many as four Premium Top Picks with ratings of 7, 8, 9 and 10.

In all, three plays lineup as money rated selections today, and those contests are now posted on this site. If a Bullet Play develops in the final hour leading up to the day’s first kickoff, that game will be added to the list of recommendations and posted on the Qoxhi Picks site by 9:45 a.m.

As for the public, their three favorite plays this week in order of preference are the Green Bay Packers (-8) over the Philadelphia Eagles, Tennessee Titans (-4½) over the Cleveland Browns and Seattle Seahawks (-10½) over the New York Giants.
