Severe Conditions

The weather for the outdoor sites of National Football League games is generally mild, while the injuries and sidelines caused by Coronavirus is severe.

Because of double-digit outbreaks in the Tennessee Titans organization of onfield and support personnel, their game against the Pittsburgh Steelers has been rescheduled for later in October. To fill in their afternoon time slot, the NFL has shifted the Indianapolis Colts visit to Soldier Field where they will battle the Chicago Bears to 1:25 p.m. Pacific Time.

Last week, the Titans played the Minnesota Vikings, and that caused Minnesota to close their facility during the middle of the week as a precaution. The Vikings will play the Texans today, but a game we saw with a major advantage for the Vikings has now been erased from our recommended point spread plays. Both the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots had positive tests on quarterbacks. Cam Newton tested positive for the Patriots, and backup Jordan Ta'amu for Kansas City. Their scheduled game for today has been postponed and may be played tomorrow or Tuesday.

Last night, the New Orleans Saints reported a positive virus result, and their game against the Detroit Lions scheduled for today was threatened to be cancelled. Then, a subsequent test on fullback Michael Burton proved negative, and the Saints game in Detroit will be played as scheduled.

I got a real bad feeling about this season. This is not the bubble that successfully carried the National Basketball Association through crowning their champion next week, or the probable completion of the baseball World Series later this month. This is the NFL, where players bang on each other and exchange bodily fluids in a full contact sport.

And, we have the idiots, who are running around to strip clubs and social events thinking they are not jeopardizing the entire league. They are, and soon enough the chances of them ending this experiment is apt to close the season long before the NFL crowns a Super Bowl Champion.

The public three most bet games this week include the game between the Saints and Lions. New Orleans was the third most bet team, while the most bet game by the public is the Seattle Seahawks (-5½) over the Miami Dolphins. The second most bet team this week is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-7) over the Los Angeles Chargers.

As for our Qoxhi selections today, they are now posted on this site and if a Bullet Play develops in the final hour leading up to the first kickoff of the day, that game will be added to the playlist at 9:45 a.m.
